Dear all members,

This is a reminder for membership renewal.
Especially if you're going to join the Duathlon Race 1 which deadline on 5th January, please send back the membership form to Kenneth or myself by 4th January (coming Wednesday).
We had already submitted the first batch of membership renewal to Tri-HK office.

We wish everyone a happy new year and stronger 2012.

Reminding everyone on the Sonic + TriHK membership renewal, we will submit the first batch to Tri-HK office before the Christmas, please return these TWO forms and payment to me or Kenneth as soon as you can.

Okay guys and girls!

Membership registration/renewal for Sonic, TriHK:TriHK: All current members should have received the email from TriHK staff on 3rd Nov subjected as "2012 Tri HK Membership 2012年香港三項鐵人總會會籍", print that out.
TriHK annual fee: $150 for adult, $60 for junior or student (40% off early bird discount)
Sonic: Fill in the attached Sonic membership form and attached together with TriHK form and print out
Sonic annual fee: $200 for adult, $100 for junior or student.

So we will receive TWO paper form from you, we hope to receive most of your membership form by the Christmas so we can stamp the club chop and send the first batch to HK TriA by 2012.
Yes we need to stamp the form, please.

Pass two paper form to Charles or Kenneth during Sonic training session, with cheque payment or bank-in receipt of HK$350 for adult or HK$160 for student

Bank-in to Sonic a/c at Heng Sang Bank: 289-537789-001

HKAAA form will be released in December, we will inform you in separate email.

All membership in Sonic, Tri-HK, HKAAA valid from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012.

2. Download and fill in the Hong Kong Triathlon Association membership form from here

3. Please return your application and post to P.O. Box: 96865, Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office, Kowloon.

• Your application should include:
• Membership form for Sonic Sports Association
• Membership form for Hong Kong Triathlon Association
• HK$350 (HK$450 after 28 Feb 2012) cheque payable to “Sonic Sports Association” if you are adult
• OR
• HK$160 (HK$200 after 28 Feb 2012) cheque payable  to “Sonic Sports Association” if you are junior or full-time student
• Two additional photos
