Road Bike Technique Class Level 1

Dear all,

As stated in the previous email, Bike Technique Class Level 1 will start from February on every Saturday morning at Science Park. (4 sessions).
Here is the detail:

• When: Start from 18 Feb, every Saturday 9am-11am, 4 x week
• Where: Shatin Science Park
• What: Level 1 class is fundamental technique on riding a road bike, focusing on bike handling skill, braking, safety and basic repair skill. Course structure is designed by Coach Kenji Leung, who finished the course with satisfactory level will be encouraged to promote to Level 2 class which focusing on group riding, riding with open traffic, speed control....etc.
• Requirement: Member of Sonic, Road bike and bike helmet is mandatory.
• Costs: HK$1600 per person per class.
• Number of participants: 5 - 8 person

Sonic Sports starts organizing this bike technique class with CMS Cycling Team since year 2005, many of our members did benefit from this class and gained significant confident on handling bike in their training and races, hence to improve on their bike split and enjoy the sports of cycling.

To give everyone a heads up on the upcoming schedule of Training Camp and Bike technique class L1, we will be co-organized by "ZERO 1 競毅運動教學" aka coach Kenji Leung!!!

Training Camp
31 March - 3 April (4D3N)
Nam O, ShenZhen China.

Bike Technique Class Level 1 will start from February on every Saturday morning at Science Park. (4 sessions)

Special training on 2nd Jan at Deep Water Bay

Dear all,

Happy New Year!
To make the most of our holiday with beautiful weather setting, our coach Alan Tam is inviting everyone to join him tomorrow for a casual swim and run training at Deep Water Bay.

When: 8:30am Deep Water Bay
What: 1.5k swim, 10k run (bring wetsuit)
